Utg raiser is weak tight player and we have fish behind, i think our KQs is too weak to raise on flop, but plays ok in multiway pot.
I assume on flop that opponent has draw or Qx, if i raise here i think he would fold out only worse hands. Turn is blank and same read as on flop.
Now on river he bets pot and i am "coffined" like pleno1 says. Since opponent is more like passive postflop i don't think we see bluff there (with missed flush draw), straight completed and not sure if he bets so big with weaker Q. To straight we have blocker and we have decent top pair here against fish, still not sure if it is call or fold.
