NL20 SH KQ top pair river call?

When he checks the turn I don't think he's slow playing on this board. He could check raise as a slow play but I don't think he checks back when last to act.

As played on the river his range is weak so I would bet myself for value or at least check call.

what range are we geting value from when we b/f and what range he can use for bluffing if we go for c/c?

His range for bluffing is probably small, something he called the flop ewith he thought had some equity maybe A :club:5 AT type hands

I don't thik he has that wide range vs MP open. I think VS MP he can have AJ+, ATs, but not those weaker Qs. KQ might be but there is no value vs KQ.

If I could put him on such wide preflop range then I agree aboud betting.

Plus Jx without draw probaly is not calling flop.

he could also have 9T JT QT type of hands. and stronger hands would have bet on the turn so if we check we lose value against hands that could have called a bet.

i agree that Jx without a draw is probably not calling but he could have JK AJ.

he could also call worse if he thinks we are bluffing since he might think if we have top pair we would have bet the turn.

then another question - am I too tight when I fold or 3bet most of the time vs MP those hands from BTN? I call probably really rarely.

He looks reggy so I assume he should not do many mistakes.

You should not be calling these hands unless they are suited. They play well in position. Folding the suited versions would be too tight. Your callingrange on the nbutton should have some suited connectors pocket pairs and strong broadways. Adjusted depending on opponent tendencies.

I don't think him calling Jx there is a mistake. If I was him I could call you with Jx too since I expect you to bet Qx on the turn.

interesting. Looking at the equity they suck so much vs MP range. Lets say 15% range from MP - T9s has 36% equity only.
