Hello,

As UTG posts a blind, I would rather just raise preflop.

When both of them check on the flop, I prefer betting here.

As played, turn is fine but I'd rather pot it.

As played, I'd rather check back the river. Don't really see worse hands calling here.

To the questions:
This guy is rather a loose passive opponent than a LAG, so we should not bluff much against his and try to bet thinner for value.
