We can do either here on flop. Cbetting smallish is totally fine. I probably slightly prefer this to x/r at these limits since we may risk isolating ourselves vs better on monotone texture, but there wouldn't be anything overly wrong with it.

Looking at his stats he is very agro plus there are only eight of you at table so he less likely to have good hand your qs gives you redraw to high flush and you need to keep him in line as he will always have not only position on you but is also the buton. so c/r him

The flop is already big enough so You don't necessarily need to ch/raise in order get stacks in. From practice I've found that once a villain coldcalls a 3bet, he literally NEVER folds to a cbet - they are too stubborn. So I would prefer to barrel 3 streets with 1/2 pot size bets. Unless an Ace shows up, then I might slow down. But I'm not scared of a King or any spade
