Calling pre seems fine. If SB squeezes, depending on how big he makes it i'm either jamming or calling. Whether if you raise utg's cbet or not depends on the board texture and if it's multiway or heads up on the flop. Obviously it's a pretty decent plan in general to be raising a lot of his cbets.

If the hand only consists of preflop situation, I think the screenshot works just fine.

What board textures would you raise HU and which ones would you not raise?

Since I flatted pre, I can represent wet boards (hitting SCs) pretty well. But I'm thinking I may also have a +EV raise on dry flops. Say a very dry flop like Axx, he will always cbet it, he still folds a lot to raises (64), and I guess I can still represent a set.

If he then re-raises me small on a dry flop, I think he's pretty much always bluffing (he should just call with his monsters).
