Flop: Over pair spo Hero should bet 10-15 BB range as a protection bet.

cbet it 15-20bb for value from smaller pocket pairs, TX hands and for protection vs AX and KX hands. Id barrel it to river for value. If turn is A or K, bet again so your range becomes stronger and you dont give him opportunity to float, and if river is overcard I will probably check/fold unless I have a good read on villain.

Make a cbet on the flop 1/2 of the pot is the right price, since you dnon't have to protect agains much. (The board is not draw heavy) If your opponent pushes you snap call. If he calls you will have 30BB left in a 59 BB pot. Beacuse of this you musn't fold anymore. If the T is anythig but an A you go all in. If it's an A you could check to induce a bluff on the R, but you should not fold even against an A.

In any case try to get it in in this spot. Sure you will lose sometimes but you will win many many more esspecialy on NL2

As stated before, just bet here. 1/2 of pot should be standard in a 3-bet pot.
