MP bets $2, Hero raises to $6.50, MP raises to $11, Hero raises to $49.25 and is all-in, MP calls $36.23 and is all-in

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I think you played it fine which answers your 1) question.

The only question is if we should just call, raise smaller or shove. And given the board I think shoving is best.

2) I wouldn't expect a reg to min 3-bet us like that so as soon as I'd see that I'd mark him fishy and still go with the hand. We don't call KQ to flop top 2 and fold.
