One more hand that is strange for me.
AQs is pretty good start hand and I'm on Button, but should I call if someone limp-3bet?

Spoiler

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

Known players:
[tg]SB$2.21:///////;BB$2.15:///////;MP1$2.11:///////;MP2$2.05:///////;MP3$2.00:///////;CO$2.01:///////;BU (Hero)$2.21:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BU with A:h, Q:h.
MP1 folds, MP2 calls $0.02, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.10, SB folds, BB calls $0.08, MP2 raises to $0.34, 2 folds, BB folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $0.21.

Opponent VPIP/PFR: 14/10 for 50 hands
And what should I do if I have TPTK on flop like: Q♦:8♠:9♠: and faced donk bet 3/4 pot?

Limp/3 bet is usually monster hand - AA-KK. You can fold your AQs.

Excatly. More often than not limp/3bet means a monster hand, so we can fold. Calling probably wouldn't be terrible and I would then call the flop with TPTK, but give up on later streets, no matter the runouts.
