preflop QQ IP with 3bet?

One more hand that I have trouble.
I raised QQ, have a call and 3bet from BB. Should I fold, call or 4bet?
As I see, I cant call20. But hand strenght enough to just call. But If MP3 reraise again?
If no overcards on flop I can push allin?
Same with JJ?

You have to defend- 4bet.

Fold is definitely weak here. I'd either 4bet and play IP or call to set mine. If I flop an overpair, in the latter scenario, then it's poker time.
