SB calls BU's shove and is possibly weaker than your range, but there is no reason to get involved with a BS in this situation.
Fold it, hopefuly SB stacks the shorty and u get to find a better spot.
his bet looks like he wants it heads up & for that reason you can put him on range of hands like AQ+/10s+ but not As or Ks but chances are you up against AK or coinflip
personaly would look for better spot to take him on
