I just call his minbet on the river. What hand could he call your bets with? If he had an Ace he now has you beat. If he had a Jack you are splitting the pot. He could possibly have a K-high flushdraw which missed and he turns it into bluff on the river, but that's pretty much the only possibility and it won't happen that often.

No reason to raise,nothing worse is calling and nothing better is folding.

I just call on the river to keep the pot small and see a showdown.
