I agree with betting higher flop (3x villain's raise) and turn/river are ok. You should always consider your opponents hand, but when you have monsters, or made hands, don't be afraid of putting your money in. Especially in the lower limits where people bet with any mid-pair.

I wouldn't bother too much to put opponents on hands on micro limits, because their ranges are just soooooo wide. The thing is most opponents will pay you off with TPxK or even worse pair, so as dandycal said, you shouldn't worry about it when you have a made hand according to the strategy.

As suggested before, raise flop to ~0.60$ and then you can just directly shove turn if someone calls you.

As played, turn and river are fine.
