Hi everyone,

Due to incredible success of PokerStrategy and it's Tell-A-Friend scheme/advertising/industry prescence etc, it is currently receiving large volumes of applications for the $50 starting capital etc.

The superb customer support team usually turn applications around within a couple of days at most, but we generally ask that people wait up to 96 working hours (Monday-Friday) after support have received all the ID etc they need as occasional delays or outstanding information can occur.

Due to the forthcoming holiday season (Christmas & New Year) however, it is likely that the delay will be a little longer as some support staff also look to take a break and enjoy the festivities with family & friends.

Your friendly team of Moderators, Community Managers and support staff will continue to be around on a regular if slightly more limited than usual basis and will look to assist you wherever possible, however please do bear with us and allow a few extra days for applications/other support tickets to be dealt with.

Please also bear in mind that for your own personal data security, moderators do not have access to specific members accounts and can only provide general help & guidance.

The holiday season has started and will things should resume back to normal around the 4th of January.

You can receive it inbetween then, but it is likely that it will take a lot longer than normal.

meh, nice post guys.

one think i dont like is people shouting because they feel robbed if the money doesnt come in on time or if their strategy points are not counted and so on..

You would assume that after so long there will be a certain amount of trust between some of the poker players and the customer service of pokerstrategy.

People! Patience is all you need, no one will attempt any tricks on you.
