Should I 2nd/3rd barrel here?

Villian is 43/20 VPIP/PFR over 138 hands. 83% fold either blind to steal, and 60% fold to flop c-bet (only 5 hand sample), no fold to turn c-bet sample.

Think I should have played b/f turn, give up on river without hit.

Generally I wouldn´t suggest 3-barrel against 43/20 player.
They are never folding there Ax hand and may turn easily their draws into bluff and c/r turn without nothing or maybe even with 8x or 66 trying you to fold your Ax hand
You don´t have that great draw and generally I think you don´t have enough fold equity to barrel turn and then river
