I had a problem with this - you might want to reinstall the 888 software.

Once that is done, login to 888, check the game settings on your lobby, and make sure that the "save hand history" box is checked.

Finally, check your hard drive to make sure that the directory exists. According to 888 it was saving to the pacific poker directory on my hard drive, under the specific directory appdata\pacificpoker\HandHistory\"username". But checking my hard drive I could see that this directory didn't exist, so I had to create \Handhistory\username.

This is what I had to do. But I'm now the happy owner of my hand history - the only problem I now have is that my HUD doesn't align correctly - oh well...
