Ok, i think i played well before flop, but not sure about flop play. With such a wet board, i think, my fold was right. Wasn't it?

180 pre is standard, difference is minimal though.
Bet bigger on the flop so you can go broke on any turn card. I don't think i'm ever folding an overpair on this turn card, to be honest.

i though of 210 pre, beacuse of 4xbb + bb for every limper, isn't that right?

4xbb is generally only used in 10/20 blind level at PokerStars, 3xbb is standard until 40/80 at which point 2.5x bb is good.
I think the PokerStrategy articles are a little outdated on this topic :)
