Long term it seems a no-brainer to go with rakeback rather than the $50. And I don't see how pokerstrategy make any money from giving me $50 
So if I activate through a site, which one should I pick? I'm already with party, betfair and 888.

As gordy suggested, you can choose Full Tilt Poker and you will get your free 50$ bankroll and also you will be able to receive rakeback. Have in mind that if you want to receive rakeback on Full Tilt Poker, you will need to make a deposit of your own funds, the minimum deposit amount is 10$.
