preflop - I play a bit loose, that´s what you need to do on NL200fr rush

flop - representing king, having outs for flush. His call means either Kx, QQ, JJ, TT, 89, FD or a set (I think it is a good line from him to only call flop with a set and raise turn IP, as raise flop is too readable).

turn - I have combo draw now and keep barreling.. his raise means mostly set or 2 pair or maybe nut FD with a pair or so... So I call with a plan to c/shove any J and bet 85/call any 8 or  which does not pair the board.

river - I see myself always behind so I c/f.. if he bets small, I would call

Can he ever bluff this spot? I don´t think so.. Looks like pure value line from him...

nh I think. Flop and turn look fine - we can definitely call with our 11ish outs given implieds.

River is gross and i dont think this is bluff very often. I fold reluctantly.

I play it exactly the same way. c/f on the river is good and is imo a good play b/c he very often has a boat. You could also b/f the river (bet like $50) to avoid c/f and maybe get slim value but i think c/f is slightly better.

Pre can be ok, depends on the actual table.

Agreed.

Agreed as well. Even though we might not have too much foldequit our equity is great.
@Tim: We even have 15 outs (heart, 8, J).

He called flop and raised turn in a spot where he most likely perceives our range to be very strong.
The question is, whether he's trying to get us AK/AA to fold or to get value from a better hand.
Hard to say if he even thinks about this, but if he thinks our range is something like TT+/AK for raising UTG this would be more of a c/c imo because he should be more likely to valuebet smaller - he will get more calls vs AK and AA and lose less vs KK.
If he knows you raise hands like QTs (and therefore also some other SCs, PPs etc) UTG the c/f gets a bit better since now there are some flushes he might valuebet big against with his full house.

P.S.: I apologize for the inconvenience caused by long delays of my answerts over the holidays.
There was a lot of rl-stuff going on with family and friends (and no, I didn't just grind all the time,
in fact I played a total of 102 hands over the last 14 days ).

As of today my schedule (hopefully) is back to normal.

Best regards,
Phil
