As you said, small samplesize. You could easily have simply lost a few big pots from the BU and that is dragging your winrate down from the BU. If it does continue through a large samplesize I would try tightening my BU 3betting and calling range up as well as Stealing range. ALso, you could be calling 3bets too often after someone tries to resteal on you.

If you play on Pokerstars, you can email support and they'll send you zip folders with almost all your hands. (I got all my hands from past year, for some reason they weren't saved)
Also, I had the same problem, but after I looked at it - it's just a few flips that make all the difference. More importantly, your VPIP/3bet%, etc. are the ones to look at.

OP is at FTP But you can get hand histories at FTP too. Cashier -> My Promotions -> Hand History (Beta) -> Select what you want to get

if you win the most money on the BB the sample size is worthless.
