wow he is callingstation. with this read you can check/fold the river. against unknown i would play c/c as so many busted 1card straightdraws are possible that he could potentially bluff with on the river. against such a fish that is not even raising toppair does have too many pairs in his bettingrange on the river and is basically unlikely to bluff any drawing hand. for that sake c/f after you have picked that read now.
