Hi, please evaluate this:

No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 15/30 Blinds (9 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB (t1030)
BB (t1590)
UTG (t1470)
UTG+1 (t1440)
MP1 (t1360)
Hero (MP2) (t2840)
MP3 (t1465)
CO (t915)
Button (t1390)

Hero's M: 63.11

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J, J
3 folds, Hero bets t90, 3 folds, SB calls t75, BB calls t60

Flop: (t270) 7, 9, Q (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets t190, SB raises t690, 1 fold, Hero folds

Total pot: t650

Should i go all in here or fold is best ? Player in SB is quite fishy acording to stats and by raising that big, he's commited, so i believe he has queen there.

Thank you.

You're bluffing with JJ here, i'd check behind on flop, cause it's way ahead/way behind situation and re-evaluate on turn.

After opp raises, you have to fold imo.

Check fold vs 2 opp would also be my standard, c-bet vs 1 after you get raised you need to fold.

depending on oponents i like a check behind in that spot. you don't need to protect from a lot of draws and your hand is not sooo strong that you would have the need to protect it. you have showdown value -> checkbehind and reevaluate on the turn.

as played i fold, board is too dry.
