If you deposit your money, to cashout you must:
1) collect certain number of points in poker room you play if you get 50$ starting capital from PS:com.(how much depending witch poker room)
*2) Some room ask for your ID copy to confirm your identity!
Also, if you deposit with moneybookers than you will get your cashout to moneybookers, if you deposit with visa card, than you will get money on visa card....etc...

normally, you can deposit/cashout as often as you want with your own money.
