hi there,
i got a question regarding PS points and be grateful if anyone could help me out....

i became a member few days ago and received strating capital at william hill just yestarday ( and am happy with that as i've read some people had problems with it).
ive increased my starting capital of about 66% in 24h and earned 566 WH points....
now can any mod tell what about my PS points as i still have zero of them ... and would like to know when you're going to start counting them for me?? sorry to be 'pain in the a**' but i'm really curious how many of them i've already generated as i'd like to compete in TOP 250 this month.....

Hi theszyna,

As GustavsB has said, the points should be along with the next update. Whilst updated daily, there's occasional small delays on the odd update.

Don't worry, all your poker play will have been recorded and your points won't be lost.

the list has been already updated today and i still have 0 points.....??

Hi there,

there might be some delays in the SP transmission from certain rooms. If you think something might be out of the ordinary, send a ticket to support, who will be able to help you
