Early stages UTG3 Fold AQ?

Just so I know, the right thing to do is fold according to the starting hand chart?

I would raise preflop with this hand. limp and fold to a raise with aj

I don't think UTG3 is a good name for this position. You are 5 off of the button, or UTG 8-handed.

AQs can be a profitable hand to play there. However, it's not tremendously profitable, whatever you saw on this hand. You have a big positional disadvantage which means that you will tend to pay off better hands or get bluffed off by worse more than you will get value from weaker hands or get better hands to fold. So, even though I would play AQs from that position, I don't think it is a significant mistake to fold it.
