No reads just few hands.
How to play river here?

SB: $25.25
BB: $50.00
UTG: $51.26 - VPIP: 30, PFR: 20, 3B: 0, AF: 0.7, Hands: 10
Hero (CO):
BTN: $52.10

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is CO with 7♣ 7♥
UTG raises to $1, Hero raises to $3, 3 folds, UTG calls $2

Flop: ($6.75) 9♣ 7♠ 4♣ (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $5.06, UTG calls $5.06

Turn: ($16.87) J♠ (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $12.65, UTG calls $12.65

River: ($42.17) 8♠ (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero ?

Depends how much he folds to 3-bets, but likely I´d prefer just calling 77 pre-flop to now get 4-bet and since you´re ip you can also make moves postflop if you feel so
Only hand that you afraid is TT/88 that would very likely shove river yourself, since you´re checking back all your overpairs.
Question is if he can ever call your shove with worse hands, like 98s or QQ. Since QQ would very likely shove turn, since there are million draws, I think hands that he is going to call your river shove are just not enough that you can shove river profitable and you either get folds, or get called by Tx or higher set.
So to see what hands he c/c your flop and turn bet I´d take my free showdown
