players would c/c that flop quite often, so I think you should bet flop to get value from worse hands and build the pot
If he b/c turn, then he very likely has there Kx, so I think you can bet river 0.7$

I would raise it even bigger on turn ~$0,50. And definitely bet it on flop for value from any kind of draw and as well any pairs. Checking behind is no option.
