I know that I'm in most cases beat, but in such big pot I couldn't fold my overpair.
What is the best line here?

you have to 3bet the flop right away since so many draws are possible and since the pot has grown so big with over 30SB its even worth to kick 2 outs against you and even more profitable to kick a hand like 78 or Q8 89 with no flushdraw. on the turn by these good odds you have to call again on your set and gutshot. KQ is kind of unlikely and you'll mostly have the winning hand if a Q turns up. call is fine and for ~1:30 and an unknown mp2 i'd call as well, hoping that he overplayed a hand like kJ or AJ or any unreasonable hand. just coldcalling the flop is a big mistake!
