I called flop and turn because i didnt think he will fold much if i raise. On river I decided to bluff because I often will play call, call with my better A highs.

i don't like this bluff since you openraised from the button and you have such a wide range on the turn and you can't represent any hand to be honest but a lot of bluffing hands and when he bets the river he will either have a pocketpair or Ax and he'll definitely call ~100% of the time as you would have probably raised 55 and A5 on the turn and you can't valueraise small aces on the river so your range include so many bluffs that he should call with KQ either. fold river! a very bad spot.
