since I got sick downswing at MTT's(about 130bi at 4-10$ bi's) and almost gone busto, I decided switch to cash games and try some lower varience games. so I read one book about NL SH game and started with NL4 and 110$ br. After 22 days and 52k hands I hited first big milestone - 500$ witch is pretty nice

Its a guy from 2+2 and CR who made challenge - he started with 100$ and in few months he was playing NL50. This year he is doing something similar.
Well thats not only book, I read.. at first like 5-6 days I was caping my hands to 1k and rest of my free time was for the learning the game, rewieving hands reading this forum etc etc after I was feeling Im doing quite ok, I started put some serious volume in it. on average played 3-5k hands(ofc was days with 2.5k or so, and 6k days too)
ohh and one more thing - its not 22 days like day by day. in a middle of it I was 10 days at skiing trip in Austria, were I had free evenings and I did watch s**tloads of videos witch helped me alot
