I'm in Canada and have a USD bank account. Receiving wire transfers is free but what fees do I pay on the Moneybookers end? Are the fees a flat rate or % of the transfer?

If u hv the moneybookers account in USD as well, then u'll be charged sumfin similar to 2.5 euros. If some other currency then conversion charges plus~=2.5 euros.
sending to your canadian bank account with moneybookers is free if the amount is under 100 from the bank and $10 fee the bank charges for over $100 plus any other fee moneybookers chrges which is small.
