His opening range is sth like: 77+, AQ+ an maybe AJs. I decided to raise here. When I picked up EQ on the turn I made another bet with sizing thaht give me a PSB on the river.

I think on the river I forgot about his preflop range. He has TT+ and is not folding, so my bet is EV-. Am I right?

Let me start with preflop saying that I think your call is on the lighter side considering UTG opens and that the guys behind you are all on the shorter side (so thus implied odd hands go down in value).

As played you are trying to get a strong range to fold and that usually doesn't end up well, especially at these limits where people don't like folding.

As a rule of thumb I normally don't try to get people to fold a "strong" hand unless I have specific reads/notes/dynamic.

I think I would also very often call, since now his overpair also beats your JT and even if he has there AJ I think he would call you down, since you don´t shove river for value JTs and he can always put you on missed draw
