I´d ask you: Did you see him check/raising before ? Does he play solid poker ? If he plays tight you are probably beaten. If he is rather loose you can call and reevaluate on the turn imo.

I only played 2 or 3 hands against him...
I have data for so many hands but only 2 or 3 against him.

Preflop: I would likely do it $0,20 still. :)
Postflop: Kinda sick, although sometimes I would even say that he might even do such a move with even a FD, although while we really don't know him, I would as well rather prefer to fold it there. We are as well a bit deeper there, would cost a lot for us to find out either he is doing it with air or not.
