just got a moneybookers (actually it was paypal) password reset email and i didnt request one
should i be worried?
if yes what should i do?

I get one of these every year from Moneybookers... Guessing paypal maybe the same. But, don't really use it so can't be certain.
Paypal does have a live help section though - Perhaps you should have a chat to support via this option before following any links from the email.
