Kinda close, I would say that while we were passive on flop then I would likely just Bet/Fold the turn. Against his Check/Raise I'd say we are often times against pretty strong hand rather than just some weaker Ax.

We need like 31% equity there and for example against a bit tighter range, lets say we add A9 into the range then we getting such an equity:

Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
Player 1: 68,541% 67,464% 2,153% 30,383% AJs-A9s, A6s, KQs, AJo-A9o, A6o, KQo
Player 2: 31,459% 30,383% 2,153% 67,464% AcQs

So therefore we rarely even get a break-even Call. From my view I guess I would just make the crying fold.

But of course if we add like a bit more Ax hands into his range then we likely getting the equity and can make the Call profitable in long run.
