c/f flop&turn, c/c river unless he bets extremely big.

Firstly i dont 4bet preflop. Even tho he has a very large 3B% his range (vs UTG) is probally very polarised and 4B kinda isolates yourself too much (i also wouldnt 4B AA).

I agree. with the call preflop and with c/f flop & turn.
But if we get to the river, I'd bet $18 for value myself because he is likely to have TT-QQ and check back (but calls a bet).
