1/2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant.Base 0.99 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BU with J♥, 9♥
3 folds, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4,50 SB) Q♦, 9♣, 2♦ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3,25 BB) 4♠ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB calls.

River: (7,25 BB) K♣ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Final Pot: 9,25 BB

Villain is somewhat passive post-flop, likes to slowplay, very SD bound, sometimes plays unreasonable lines with some hands.

I decided to raise turn because I though most of the time its 9 or worst pair trying to prevent me from taking free card. But maybe i should call? There are some better nines in his range, maybe he trying to be tricky with weak Q and so on...

Let's see if I can get this one right=)

I don't think that there are many Qs in his cc range.
However, I am not sure if the Turn raise is good here. If he has a hand, it will most likely be stronger than yours (queens or stronger 9s). Since he likes to see the showdown, I assume that you raised here for value and I think you are more likely to be the dog here.
I would just call.
However, the raise is good if he tends to play his flush draws aggressively...

River:
The king ruins it for you because now most of his range is likely to have hit. I would call as well because you are only likely to get called by A4 or a pair of 2s or 3s, while you are beaten by all the Ks Qs and higher 9s.

I recon you should calldown here.

i think a raise on the turn is too optimistic.

You beat very few hands from his range. I mean you beat him when he bluffs. but why should we raise if he is bluffing?

If he has a hand, he has you beat a lot of times.

IMO it's a calldown

with middle pair medium kicker you ain't supposed to raise the turn when you say that he is passive somewhat though he plays unreasonable lines sometimes but he could very well donk with Q9 K9 A9 and Qx hands. its not terrible to raise the turn since when he is donking a draw he might check/fold the river but this way you'll get at least 2BB out of his draws.

raise for free showdown is ok but then you have to play raise/fold though i don't like it due to the big bunch of draws he could be going crazy with. i'd rather call it down but raise is ok either but on the river your bet is awful as he could have improved with JT KT KJ and he's not going to call enough worse hands and neither he's folding a better hand. checkbehind river!
