Do you like the new SnG structure of Stars? And why not? _biggrin:

Seriously, what are your thoughts?

I'm thinking it's bad for me atm cos I was paying less rake before, but I know it's different for every limit.
Another setback is that I've just started the $16 SnGs, like 3-4 hundred tourneys ago, and it would be psychologically uncomfortable to move down to the $10 limit not to mention that my roll is way over that limit.
But I really don't like moying up to the $20 either cos that limit is ultimately going to be a bit tougher, given that both some ex-$16 and some ex-$27 people will go there, and I'm not sure if I'm ready. I just havent built a sample big enough yet to move up comfortably. Though my roll might be able to handle it, I've got 75 BIs for that level, but still.
So I'm trying to play mixed limits atm, then I will see.

Though it is an absolutely positive thing that it won't happen that one hand you are playing out of 10BBs, next hand from 5BBs. The 100/200 --> 200/400 change has always been really really uncomfortable. I was rather fine with the first blind levels though.

So.... what are your thoughts?

i play HU sng on stars and i like the change ( paying less rake than before) + i like new structure much much more _biggrin:

well im 180man player and i love new update :)
bigger varriety of BI's is awesome for BRB :f_biggrin:

Were are my 2.2 180 man? :((
only 1.15 and 3.32 left.
More rake to the site?
3min bb?

The 2.20$ structure was fast enough and variance + a lot. The new structure is just a bad joke. I think that the best structure in on full tilt in that double stack KO turbo STTs, it's volume+ and variance- . I think that i will try to grind up regular STTs ( they take a lot of time i know but they are variance - ) and if that doesn't end up well, move my roll to FTP and start playing that KO double stack turbo ( 6min blind level ) STTs. Jokerstars lives up to their name ! wiii iii iii !

i am a hu sng player and i love Pokerstars

i usually play 90 man on stars, and they reduced the starting stack from 2000 to 1500.

and rake increased. zZzZzzz. :f_confused:

don't like it. :f_eek:

there was rake reduction in higher stakes, which is more important than micro stakes:)(think about future :P )

doesnt less rake = less FPP or whatever it is that determines your status as a stars player? which i bad in a way

I normally though that you would go for a higher status to get more rakeback thus pay less rake effective why would you want to pay more rack when you already pay less rake this way :f_confused:
