I dont think you can fold here. you might be ahead and if you are not you still have many outs. I call any day with overpair and nut FD


problem is that he can´t really have A high flushdraw, so most likely you´re against sets, two pairs or flushes, some rare case he may go crazy with QxKc
But I also don´t think you should fold that spot, since aces with nut fd is just too strong to raise/fold, so I´d also get all-in. You should have most cases at least 40% equity
