Last hand for today :) AQT8ss

CO is 34/10, 34% WTSD, seemed quite straight forward postflop
Fold to cbet - 56%, raise cbet 19%

I should probably fold flop since I am OOP, but I decided to represent a str8 when it hits the turn. On the flop since we are dep I put him mostly on sets and 97**. I think he doesnt have wraps so often, especially because I block some combinations of wraps.

The turn completes a straight. I pot reping 68** and he calls. At this point I put him on the set hoping to hit a FH.

River puts another str8 and BDFD.

Shove river seems like +EV. He will have here J8** or spades only 29% of time
35% & (99**, 77**, 97**) 4187 (1.55%)
35% & (99*s*s, 77s*s*, 97s*s*, 77*s*s, 97*s*s, 978J, 998J, 778J) 1210 (0.45%)
However can I really represent here 68** since there is a higher str8 and flush both possible?

Many thx for any advices.

You are out of position, do not bet this flop since you have to fold to a raise. Consider check/calling the flop but if you don't improve on the turn check/fold for sure.

The problem is this is a flop where your opponent is going to float you a high percentage of the time typically in 6 max since you can't rep anything at all. 80% of turn cards are bad for you where you have to throw your hand away, and when you hit you could still get sucked out by a backdoor flush or board pair.

This was a bad flop for your hand, but it looked like a good flop. Change the flop to A97 and I will say go ahead and shove, but with no pair it's a check/call at best on the flop.
