Can't you just make a the transfer yourself? Moneybookers and many others don't charge any fee for the transfer (FT -> MB -> PS).

+1 Costs a fortune.
I looked it up and, receiving money is free, while there's a 1% charge for sending money, but it's capped at 0.50 EUR. It's not that bad.
Depends what currency your MB account is in + Any losses from currency conversion from site to site.
