Villain is 22/17, AF 3.0 over 69 hands (don't have any reads).

With my 3bet pre I guess I'm representing JJ+ and making my range a bit obvious. After thinking about it now I guess villain realised that I don't have AK/AQ in this spot that often. Should I have 3bet here? How about the cbet as played?

I would 3bet bit bigger preflop and check flop and usually just call preflop versus most regs. But unknowns are still calling or shoving enough with weaker hands so that 3bet is best.
