An unusual situation, villain is a 57/43 player after 20 hands, so its not very much to go on.

I think it's a no-brainer to call the min3bet IP with JJ, a very small investment for a potentially big payoff. His overbet CB in conjuction with his initial stats made me feel like it was more possible that he was full of it rather than having the nuts, so I decided to go with it. Is this thinking way off and too spewy??

I don't think we should call flop.

He is min-raising you as a 4-bet pre.... usually indicates KK+, especially for fishy players.

fold flop but if he limp called pf i am tempted to shove flop, nt sure how good it would be though

against 57/43 I´m not folding jacks, so I think seeing flop is ok and then stacking off. He just has there too many times random air in his range
So I like your flop call and I´d call his turn shove on any turn card
