$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$1.63:///////;SB$1.17:///////;BB$1.81:///////;MP2$1.61:///////;MP3$2.00:///////;CO (Hero)$2.76:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is CO with A:d, K:d.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, BU raises to $0.20, SB calls $0.19, BB folds, Hero raises to $2.76, BU calls $1.43(All-In), SB calls $0.97(All-In).

Flop: ($5.58) 8:c, T:s, 2:c (3 players)

Turn: ($5.58) 5:s (3 players)

River: ($5.58) J:d (3 players)

Final Pot: $5.58.

Results follow:

Hero shows high card ace(Ad Kd).
BU shows a pair of threes(3s 3h).
SB shows a pair of jacks(9h Js).

Hero wins with high card ace(Ad Kd).
SB wins with a pair of jacks(9h Js).

some background explaining my though process:
I had beaten him in a big pot 3 pots before this one and he had been raising to .20 every time since then.
jackdazo had called him before as he knew simson69 was tilting

I realised it would be a flip but I though it would be in my favour most of the time. Is this correct to do in this situation? or should I just call to see the flop

Hello steedler,

With your reads seems to be totally fine. As he really was that aggressive then his range is very wide and even as we see, 33. :) Nice hand! He ain't even full stacked.

Best regards.
