I have a + bb/100 with every pocket pair except KK. With AA I'm about 450 bb/100 and with QQ about 600 bb/100. Even with JJ and TT I'm about 50 bb/100. But with KK I'm -32 bb/100.
Something strange, too. With high PP and TT I tend to have roughly a 95/90 VPIP/PFR ratio. With KK I have about 60/35.
Anyone got any comments?

Sorry what? How are you playing KK? ♦ How can you only have 60% VPIP with KK? 
My guess would be you're misplaying them, and there probably isn't a big sample size if you're losing with them.
Seems like you are slowplaying your KK too much,start 3b/4b more and try to get it in preflop as fast as possible.
really seems like a small sample and probably one or two in game missclicks
don't think you really fold it 4 out of 10 times preflop
Further research shows too much of calling raises and reraises with KK, although it still mystifies me why I would do that with KK but not QQ.
