Not sure what you getting there by pushing out initial raiser, I would call and evaluate flop. And if we hit like you did, there is a chance you stack them both. By pushing you isolate yourself from top range of CO, all other he is folding. There is big possibility that mid stack (CO) is going to cooperate to bust shorty, in which case you gona probably see all 5 cards on board. But also dont see anything wrong in folding preflop.

I gain dead money and even if I loose, I loose to the miniscule stack, thus prolonging the buble which is not that bad, cause I can abuse further.

this depends entirely on how good the CO is and how tight he is.
once the SS is all-in the CO is no longer risk-averse, so he can raise/call a wider range and still make it ITM (unless the SS wins against both you and the CO and you beat the CO).
If the CO is a fish i shove, if the CO is a reg i call. if the CO is on the tighter side I call.
