I figured a donkbet would be better than c/c, c/f or c/r since I'd know where I'm at in the hand directly. If BU raises, then he has an OP. He'll fold Ax.
I didn't anticipate MP's min-raise though. Is it safe to assume he has a set here? I figured I couldn't beat much else.
