Hey!
Firstly I don't like to 3bet AQo OOP, this hand causes a lot of problems in this situation, especially against MP.
As played, flop is not the best for us, 'cause his preflop calling range contains very many big pairs (99+) and I don't think that they're going to give up here often very easily, so I'd check/fold this flop.
Turn: He called our flop bet, so I think that his range would be 99-QQ/AT, depending on the opponent also some draws and floats (AQ/AK/JQ...). I think that check/call is here the best option, since he's folding all his weak hands to your bet, because he knows that there are very many Ax in your range. So I don't believe that he would call you here lightly, give him a chance for a bluff or that he would think, that you have a weak hand and then you get to valuebet in River.
River: Again I'd like here to check/call, because it doesn't count what hand he'll call down your 3rd street with, it is weaker than yours. For that he should have floated AJ in Flop, this is the only hand you're beating.
