Sorry for posing hands that may be very simple to you... I want to be sure that I'm doing it well and if not then to see my mistakes.

On the flop I decided to slowplay my monster so I called.
On the turn I wanted to get more value so I raised.
On the river after my shown strength on the turn against reasonable opponent what is the best line?

Interesting hand. His flop donk seems strong to me and is most often a pocket pair or Kx imo. I like just calling on the flop as well, you don't need to protect on this board and want to let the fish in with Ax, 5x, pockets.

You still beat lots of Kx and the turn brings in lots of draws so you have to raise there for value/protection. River is standard, of course you're beat most often but he could still "cleverly" slowplay K2-K4 and K7-K9 this way so it's an easy call.

i really like the way you played the hand especially at the flop. you could decide between raising or calling but i like calling since there is no flushdraw you have to protect against and you could get some weak hands to call one more sb. lets say hands like jT Q9 T9 QT QJ. somebody could make a second best hand on the turn. it's worth to take the risk to get sometimes drawn out by a backdoor straightdraw but more frequently on of'em will hit a pair and maybe call it down to the end.

you could miss some action if sb has a lower Kx. you could play raise/call raise Turn but just let your opponents behind call with their weak hands. on the turn it's ok to raise then since some draws are possible now and you wanna extract value. you could consider calling again as sb may donk with a lower pair again and UTG+1 could have hit JT QT T9 and might call again as well. the pot is still small and you don't have to protect that much.

As played you have to call the river. as taavi mentioned. he could still have a worse king.
