Guys... I can't see the bottom of this. I don't know why, but no matter what I do, no matter how many hours I play, I always get outdrawn, my hands that connect do not get payed off and every situation I go AI tends to work against me. I was winning at 11BB/100 until the peak of the graph, and now this...

I study, review hands, play for 7 hours a day... but when I'm at the tables everything just seems to work against me. I really don't know what to do anymore. If I bust my bankroll I'm quitting poker. I still have some $750 though.

It's all about the long run...

anyway, the graph means nothing. you need to learn more about variance.

Of course... I forgot to mention it is PLO20.

The EV is like -$30. Not a considerable difference.

Hey man, no offense but... does this advice come from someone who has actually experienced variance?

Are you "seasoned" in downswings?

I'm just asking... no offense whatsoever.

He is completely right, poker is all about how well you can hold up during the bad times, it's not hard to play when u run good.

And sure I've been in the exact same spot but it's just to study more and keep grinding

It's getting worse. My BR got down from about $1050 to $680 and I lost 20BI already.

All my hands get outdrawn when they connect, all my AIs lead to losses... if I bust I'm quitting this game forever.

I have a similar post in this section, about 14 buyins down.
Go down the limits, don't bust. I don't know why you still playing PL20 with 30~ish buyins. That's just asking to bust.

ps: 50 buyins is not the best BRM for PLO. It's kinda borderline.
