Unfortunately I can not show you the hand per se as I haven't found a partypoker hand converter, but...

What would you do if you 3bet AdAsKdQd pre, there are 4 limpers AFTER the 3bet and you flop AhQh6h?

I could not determine what course of action I should follow and unfortunately I did not end up well.

Would be interesting to know if you are in position and how the stack-to-pot-ratio is.

In general a small c-bet first-in would be my standart line. You may get some weak flushs to fold (if not it may slow their action, but therefore informations on stack-to-pot-ratio are important).
If you get action on that c-bet, try to get cheap cards ... position would be nice here ;)
In some cases you can take the pot which is fine.
If you get a strong reraise you are pretty much done with the hand since you block 1 out with your Q and in a 3-bet-pot it is pretty much likely that one of the villains has KK which takes 2 more outs.

What you do depends entirely on the stack to pot ratio as already mentioned. I can pretty much guarantee that no flushes will fold against you heads up since they will all put you on AA.

If you have 1 pot sized bet left it's an easy shove. If you have a pot sized bet and a raise left, then it's a check if the hand is multiway since players wont try to bluff too much here since they expect you to be calling with a set, plus bluffs are less likely to work multiway as they expect someone to wake up with a flush on these kind of boards. So if someone does bet in this situation (especially if that person is out of position) it's probably a fold.
